Grilling Class & Cook-Off

Saturday, June 29th, 2024 from noon-4pm ***Event time was just changed from 3-6pm to this time due to a scheduling conflict.

Prepare for 4th of July fun! We’ll have a pit ready for our expert, Brittany Johnson, to teach attendees how to use Fangboner Farms dry rubs to grill simple-yet-delicious meals on the 4th of July…or all summer long! Samples of the meal will be served after the class, along with wine and tea samples made on our farm. There will be seven pits for grilling ribs. The event will be capped at 12 people. $25 per person and $40 per couple. Payment will be taken on the day of the event.

In addition, we will be hosting a cook-off challenge in which other Toledo cooks will grill something amazing, then allow attendees to judge who grilled it best!
